NAWIC Success Series

The NAWIC ACT Success Series is a series of networking events hosted by our member’s businesses and employers.  The events are aimed at professional development, information sharing and networking and are a great opportunity to hear about local businesses and listen to prominent speakers from across the construction industry discuss a wide range of valuable topics.

They run for around 1 ½ - 2 hours and will be held in different locations across the ACT and local region.

2018 CEO Shadow Program

About the program

The CEO Shadow Program is an exciting and unique opportunity open to NAWIC members who aspire to become an industry leader.

Successful applicants will ‘shadow’ a current industry leader and watch them in action for 2 to 3 full days, providing a real and genuine insight into their role.

The program aims to demystify the role of the CEO and to inspire more women to keep striving for appointment to senior leadership positions.

The program coordinators will review the applicants, shortlist, and interview participants.

Applicants must be a current NAWIC Member
