Cross River Rail Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholder Engagement - To learn from commuters’ experiences and to hear from as many voices as possible while designing Brisbane’s largest transport project, Cross River Rail, technologies have been used to consult across a wide range of community groups.

One of the key groups consulted with is the Accessibility Reference Group. The group meets monthly and includes people with lived experience of disability, who provide valuable insights into the project’s design and the usability of the stations and precincts.

Ground breaking technologies and tools have been developed to engage with a broader user and client group such as the reality theatre, VR experiences and Tactile braille models.
