Serving as in-house legal counsel and a member of the Executive Leadership team, Cathryn provides legal and governance support to the organisation and oversees contracts, dispute resolution functions and specialist support for members in industrial/employment relations, technical building, health and safety and policy matters. Cathryn previously worked in private legal practice and in-house in public sector regulatory and oversight roles, along with running a small business. She particularly enjoys addressing industry challenges and shaping outcomes for the construction sector and broader community.
