Hayley Swift has been the director and owner of Swift Brown Fox for 10 years, a consultancy business providing thoughtful and pragmatic marketing & communications strategies to the property and development industry.
She currently leads the marketing & communications strategy for a range of high profile clients in the industry - with past and current clients incorporating a mix of Tier 1 and Tier 2 developer and property groups throughout Australasia,  as well as a carefully curated mix of mid-sized developers whom she greatly values for early involvement within every aspect of the property cycle.
Hayley started her professional life as a journalist and editor in the publishing industry and, following editorial roles in several Australian publishing houses, became heavily involved in launching the Home & Design series at Scoop Publishing as Managing Editor. Her keen business acumen caught the eye of developer Multiplex, which saw her relocate to Sydney to work on their multi-billion dollar residential, mixed-use and commercial projects for many years.
She launched her own consultancy in 2011 with a host of reputable clients and immediately tackled high-level strategic works, including the high-profile rebrand of Brookfield Multiplex and the launch of Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences to name a couple.
