Celebrating inspiring women and innovative companies
The Awards for Excellence, hosted by NAWIC’s NSW Chapter, celebrate the contributions made by women at all career levels and in all sectors of the construction industry.
In 2016, NAWIC received a record number of nominations across 11 categories.
Last year's winners included human resources specialist Laura Durkan, who took home the WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff Business Woman of the Year Award for changing the workplace culture at Richard Crookes.
The winner of the coveted Lendlease Crystal Vision Award was Hilti Australia for advancing careers of women in the construction industry.
