2026 is already halfway through, so with that comes one of the highlights of our Mentoring Calendar – the Mentoring Mid-Year Event!

Set amongst the beautiful backdrop of Lendlease’s King Street offices, the event will be an opportunity to connect with your cohort, mingle with industry leaders, and soak up all the energy that comes with a room full of passionate professionals.

We are also delighted to welcome Engineer, Author and WeAspire CEO, Felicity Furey as our guest speaker.

Felicity is an award-winning engineer and entrepreneur, and is the founder of multiple initiatives across the engineering and construction sectors.

As CEO and co-founder of WeAspire, and the author of her recently released Future of Engineering: Legacy by Design, Felicity is a passionate advocate for innovation, diversity and leadership development.

Felicity brings a powerful and compelling perspective on building a more inclusive and forward-thinking future for the engineering, infrastructure and construction industry.
