Stephanie Petravski - Deputy Fund Manager at Charter Hall

Stephanie Petrevski is the Deputy Fund Manager for the Charter Hall Prime Industrial Fund (CPIF), a member of the Industrial & Logistics Leadership Team at Charter Hall, and a board member of Women in Industrial – an association committed to advancing opportunities for women in the industrial property sector.

Stephanie’s career at Charter Hall spans over ten years, during which she has held key leadership roles across property management, operations, and asset management. Most notably, she oversaw the National Property Management and Operations functions for Charter Hall’s $23.9 billion Industrial & Logistics portfolio, comprising over 300 assets. Her deep operational expertise and strategic insight now underpin her role in managing CPIF, one of Australia’s leading industrial funds.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Property. In 2024, she was recognised as the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation and Excellence Future Leader of the Year.
