It's a practical, evidence-based training program designed to help men understand the everyday biases, behaviours, and structural barriers women face in male-dominated industries. Through short modules, real stories and practical tools, participants learn how to contribute to safer, more respectful and inclusive workplaces.
The program is designed for men across all levels of the construction and related industries apprentices, site teams, managers and executives. While women and gender-diverse colleagues are welcome to participate, the training is specifically designed to equip men with the skills and awareness needed to be effective allies.
The full course consists of bite-sized modules, each taking around 30 minutes to complete. Participants can progress at their own pace.
Simply complete the registration form on this page. Once submitted, you'll receive immediate access and can begin the modules straight away.
