Due to popular demand, another tour has been arranged! Limited registrations! Join NAWIC for an exclusive behind-the-scenes site visit to 195 Pier Street BTR Development which comprises of a 28-storey (plus roof level), 219-apartment building incorporating ground-floor commercial tenancies and podium level shared amenities. Of the 219 dwellings, 30 per cent of the dwellings are proposed to be available for ‘Band A’ social housing tenants selected from the State Government social housing waitlist, 20 per cent of the dwellings are to be made available to affordable housing tenants, and 50 per cent of the dwellings will be operated as market rate build-to-rent dwellings operated by the CHP. Additionally, 11 dwellings are dedicated to Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) inclusive of 1 Onsite overnight Assistance (OOA) Apartment. 

The project is now well progressed with the structure being complete ,façade installed , protype apartment complete and internal finishing and fit off trades progressing their work up the tower.
