Our Lunch with a Leader series provides participants with an opportunity to meaningfully engage with leaders, and give them a platform to gain valuable insights from accomplished leaders and connect with other professionals.

Vivian Sin is a Principal at Architectus with over 20 years of multi-sector experience, primarily focused on delivering complex transport and infrastructure projects across Australia, the UK and Europe.

Born in Hong Kong and educated in the UK from a young age, Vivian has built an international career shaping major city-building programs including London’s Crossrail, the UK’s Network Rail, Sydney Metro, Victoria’s Melbourne Airport Rail and Suburban Rail Loop. She brings a global perspective to the design and delivery of infrastructure across a wide range of project scales, transforming neighbourhoods into thriving, sustainable communities.

Vivian works across the full lifecycle of projects - from early strategic thinking around feasibility, funding models, and deliverability, through to detailed design and delivery - driving optimal outcomes through a collaborative design and buildability approach from the outset.

A long-time mentor, guest tutor and industry speaker, Vivian is passionate about supporting young professionals in developing their careers in the construction and infrastructure sector.

At NAWIC’s Lunch with a Leader, she will share reflections on her international career journey, along with insights on leadership, collaboration, and shaping the next generation of city-building infrastructure.
