With over a decade at Bureau Veritas and early experience working client-side with Tier 1 engineering contractors, Simone brings a rare combination of strategic insight, technical expertise, and global perspective.

Renowned for her leadership in the critical early stages of complex projects, Simone excels at turning vision into reality. She is particularly skilled in front-end planning and design, where she develops high-level strategies, identifies and mitigates risks, and establishes the governance, cost planning, and delivery frameworks that set projects up for success. Her influence continues through construction and delivery, where she provides expert oversight and trusted client guidance.
