Jessica Whitlock - Project Leader at Colliers
Winner of the Ferrovial 2025 Project Manager of the Year Award

Jessica Whitlock is an emerging leader in the property and construction industry, recognised for delivering complex, high-value projects that achieve strong outcomes for clients and communities. Her collaborative leadership style, technical expertise and calm approach to challenges have quickly earned her a reputation as a trusted project manager across education, residential, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout NSW. She is also widely respected by colleagues and industry peers for championing diversity and inclusion early in her career.

Jess received the Ferrovial Project Manager of the Year award at the 2025 NAWIC NSW Awards for Excellence. She played a key role in Western Sydney’s $275 million Melonba Education Campus, leading the project from planning through to completion and delivering the temporary high school one year early and the permanent campus six months ahead of schedule. Her innovative thinking, early initiatives and commitment to cultural engagement set new benchmarks, while her mentoring and advocacy continue to drive greater diversity and inclusion across the industry.
