Elly Dalziel is a Director with over 15 years’ experience across development management, client-side project management, strategy and innovation. Her career spans global advisory firm CBRE, leading developer Mirvac, and now Acuity, where she leads the development management and advisory offering across complex and large-scale projects.
Elly’s project delivery experience is grounded in commercial office and mixed-use developments, complemented by broader exposure to retail, industrial and residential sectors (including Build-to-Rent) through strategy, innovation and advisory work. She also has delivered thought leadership on the future of work, worker and workplace, exploring how the built environment can better support evolving business and community needs.
Earlier in her career, Elly balanced elite-level netball with study and professional growth, and now balances a successful career alongside family life—bringing a high-performance, team-oriented mindset to her leadership approach.
Leanne Hall is a Project Director with over 12 years’ experience delivering complex commercial real estate and workplace projects across Australia. Her career has spanned property and facilities management, federal and state government projects, through to leading large-scale fitouts across legal, professional services and financial sectors.
Leanne’s career has not followed a traditional path. Without a linear progression or formal degree, she has built her experience from the ground up by developing a practical, design-led and highly collaborative approach to project delivery.
As a passionate and driven project leader, Leanne is known for her strong focus on delivery and her ability to build trusted relationships, consistently achieving outcomes that exceed client expectations. She combines her design background with strong stakeholder engagement to navigate complexity and deliver outcomes that genuinely work for clients and users.
She is passionate about continuing to challenge herself through increasingly complex projects and new sectors, and supporting others navigating their own career journeys into the industry.
