Erinn is a passionate advocate for women in trades and currently works with Apprenticeship Support Australia mentoring women in male dominated spaces. Erinn’s journey was inspired by her experience living with endometriosis after years of being dismissed and misdiagnosed, living with debilitating pain. After finally receiving a diagnosis and accessing effective treatment, Erinn has transformed her journey into purpose, using her voice to break the stigma around women’s health in the workplace and empower others to speak up, seek support, and challenge outdated attitudes in the construction industry.
