Sydney Fish Market

Join us for an insightful presentation by Multiplex on the newly opened Sydney Fish Market Project, a flagship NSW Government development supporting both tourism and the fishing industry.

Multiplex will provide a deep dive into the construction of the new Sydney Fish Market, exploring the complexities of stakeholder and user consultation, as well as the design and delivery of major marine works. This includes construction of the cofferdam and the largest glulam timber roof in the Southern Hemisphere.

The innovative architectural design features a distinctive wave-shaped, scale-patterned roof that pays homage to the fishing industry. A key highlight is the highly visible auction hall and trading floor, offering visitors a unique insight into the seafood supply chain.
