Danny Blay is a policy advisor and trainer preventing family violence and violence against women and children.
 
Danny was the Chief Executive Officer of No To Violence Male Family Violence Prevention Association (NTV) Inc. for eleven years and now provides advice, training and project development in responses to and prevention of family violence and sexual assault, and gender equity.
 
Danny has made significant contributions to the development of improved and innovative ways in which family violence is addressed in Victoria. He has been involved in the training of sector workers, including the Graduate Certificate courses provided jointly with Swinburne University. Danny also led the expansion of the Men’s Referral Service into New South Wales.
 
Prior to joining NTV Danny held a range of positions focused on men’s behaviour change including as a co-facilitator of the Men Making Change Program at Whitehorse Community Health Service and a Telephone Counsellor with the Men’s Referral Service. He is a qualified men’s behaviour change program facilitator and male family violence telephone counsellor.
