NAWIC SA Mentoring Program 2026
The 2026 NAWIC SA Mentoring Programme has finalised its mentees and mentor cohort, congratulations to all who are participating this year.
The Mentoring Programme is designed to support women across South Australia’s construction industry through meaningful connection, professional guidance, and career growth.
The program will run from May through to November 2026 and will involve:
- Each mentee paired with a mentor who can provide them guidance on construction industry to help them achieve goals
- A Mentoring Framework to help guide the mentoring relationship
- Four face-to-face events throughout that time to provide structured development activities
- Online engagement for the cohort via the Mentorloop platform
If you missed out on this years programme keep in mind that the 2027 programme will be released in March, positions fill up quickly so be ready. The programme launch is advertised on the NAWIC SA LinkedIn page so ensure you are following.
Mentees are required to be a NAWIC member in the financial year the program is released in. Mentees must be actively involved in the construction industry, or students who are in their final year of study at University / TAFE planning to enter the industry.
We encourage applications from students who bring enthusiasm, a genuine commitment to their personal and professional development, and a clear goal they’re keen to work toward with the support and guidance of a mentor.
Mentors don’t need to be a NAWIC membership to participate, however, mentors should align with and be committed to supporting NAWIC’s mission and values.
We are committed to continuous improvement, and this programme reflects that commitment. The mentoring program remains free of charge (for NAWIC members) and offers valuable opportunities for networking and professional development.
The 2026 Committee Members are Angel, Danielle, Aparna, and Nikki. They can be contacted via the [email protected] or through the Mentorloop platform following registration.
We look forward to another impactful year of connection, growth, and empowering women across South Australia’s construction industry
