Gaynor McTaggart has been involved in NAWIC since 2010, when she joined the Western Australian Chapter as a member. Gaynor was instrumental in establishing the Northern Territory Chapter to enable a platform for women to gain exposure to different projects and expertise leading to shared industry knowledge and offering a supportive network with the aim to integrate experience levels and backgrounds. Gaynor joined the Board in 2017 and is committed to delivering an important service to the industry with the belief that NAWIC is fundamental in shaping and developing passion, knowledge and skills . Gaynor is a Commercial Manager for Tunnels on the Westconnex New M5 Project in Sydney for CPB Contractors.
