Tenille has been a driving force in her previous roles within the construction sector of driving female participation in what is commonly thought of as a hard yakka trade such as Bricklaying and showing people that ‘Girls really can do anything’. Due to this burning passion for diversity, she is now working for an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network provider, BUSY At Work as a Women In Trades Manager helping drive the female participation across all non-traditional trades. Volunteering for NAWIC was a no brainer as this sits very close to her values of equity in all workplaces - essentially jobs have no gender.
