I've spent the past 28 years of my career working in training and development, with an undergraduate degree in Adult Education and post graduate qualifications in Information Systems, Management and a Masters in Leadership. I have worked predominantly in the VET sector for both the public and private sectors, and specifically in the trades sector of VET for the past 10 years. I joined Master Builders ACT as Training Director in March 2021, after 16 years of working for TAFE in Canberra in various roles including Head of Department Electrical Trades & Renewables and acting Director – Trade Skills college.
