Coming to Ronald Young + Co Builders 9 years ago, Rachel has worked her way from reception through a variety of roles and currently leads a small team as Client Services Coordinator. She has completed Cert III and IV in Business Administration and is currently working on her Diploma of Leadership and Management.
Rachel is passionate about cultivating close and positive client relationships, assisting them with their design, compliance and selections to help them achieve their dream home.
Rachel is a newer member of NAWIC and is committed to working collaboratively with like-minded women and creating opportunities to develop new skills and career opportunities within the industry.
