Alisha joined the NAWIC Committee as Marketing and Communications Co-Chair in 2022, bringing more than 15 years of strategic communications to the position. Alisha is currently the Director of Carter Collective - a strategic communications and branding company working predominately within the construction industry. Prior to this, Alisha worked as the Communications Manager at Georgiou Group for close to 10 years - utilising her passion lies for diversity to work closely with leadership to introduce paid parental leave, annual pay equity audits, flexible work and a raft of other diversity initiatives. A mother to two, she hopes to do her bit in this industry so it's an even better place for her children to work in in the future.
