Mary brings more than 10 years' experience to her role as a Quality Co-ordinator at Laing O'Rourke. Coming into the industry from hospitality, Mary's engineering studies led her to a drafting job where she constructed what she was drafting. Her appreciation of the construction process urged her to take it to the next level and enter the quality space. Her skillset and experience in precast structures, bulk earthworks, drainage and pavement construction, and piling and viaduct construction made her a great addition to Laing O'Rourke. Mary believes that diversity and inclusion should start in the workplace as it enables everyone to achieve their goals and feel supported and empowered and hopes to bring this approach to the NAWIC community.
