Elaine has been associated with various NAWIC chapters since 2015, in WA, NSW she finally became a member in 2021 in the NT. Since joining NAWIC Elaine became a member of the NT Committee, and she is now currently Vice President and Secretary for the NT chapter. Elaine has 29 years of Construction experience and has been in Health & Safety since 2013. As a NT Chapter member Elaine is committed to expanding the membership base and delivering more events, mentoring, and networking opportunities for women and girls in the NT.
