Frances is a carpentry apprentice working on architectural residential projects with In2Construction. Prior to her apprenticeship she completed a Diploma of Interior Design and is soon to complete her Bachelor of Design at UTAS. Frances wants to combine her design and building skills to create cost-effective environmentally-friendly homes.
Having never seen carpentry as a viable pathway until recently, Frances is passionate about promoting the trades to women and hopes she won’t be the only girl on site for too much longer!
