Siti currently holds the ACT Chapter Vice President position (2023 - 2024) and is an active committee member of the National Diversity & Inclusion Portfolio. Some notable NAWIC initiatives and programs that she has been involved in include the ACT Mentoring Program and NAWIC's Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group in the creation of the organisation's Reflect RAP with Reconcilation Australia.
Siti is a qualified mechanical engineer with 8 years' experience in the design and construction industry, and more recently in ESD (Environmentally Sustainable Design). She is equally passionate about energy efficiency as she is about female leadership and empowerment.
