Ingrid is a Project Manager at Manteena Security and has been operating in the private sector for the last two years. Ingrid spent 11 years in the New Zealand Army as an Engineering Officer. Ingrid’s Defence background has transitioned into secure projects focussed on complex delivery. Ingrid has a passion for leadership and team development, which she believes the industry would benefit from more exposure to. Ingrid is excited to fill the role of Professional Development Chair where she can influence development opportunities for people in our industry.
