Hanin is a Construction Management Graduate at Broad Construction. With an Architecture and Project Management background, Hanin has always aspired to make an impact on the Construction industry, especially to how women interact and are perceived within it. Coming from an Arab background, where Construction is not a woman’s typical choice of career, she is breaking stereotypes daily. Hanin is a firm believer that everyone should be given an equal opportunity to pursue their dreams and showcase their talents no matter which industry they choose to enter. She has always been passionate about empowering women and especially young people. Hanin was doing that through the Volunteering work she did with Curtin University Volunteers and ensuring the empowerment starts when they are at a young age. Her passion and positive energy mean this role is just what she needed to start her journey of making an impact on this industry.
