Iueza has recently been promoted as the Sales & Estimating Manager SA/NT with Fulton Hogan and has over 10 years’ experience within the construction industry in a number of different roles. Iueza has been a keen advocate for women and diversity in the industry and her workplace and mentors women of diverse backgrounds in the industry.
Iueza was the Education Chair for the WA Chapter from 2020 - 2022 and has seen the Chapter and committee move from strength to strength. Under her stewardship the Education Committee has grown to include the NAWIC Advancing Women Series, The Women’s Shed and a member of the Advisory Board for the Construction Management Bachelor Degree at Curtin University. In 2023 Iueza stepped into the WA Chapter Secretary role which she will continue in after her relocation of Adelaide in July 2023.
