Kim has been a senior project manager in the construction industry for over 15 years. Kim is a qualified Project Manager specialising in major Health and Education construction developments through planning and delivery phases. Kim is the Director of Reconstruct Drinking, providing cultural change and education around alcohol in the construction work environment. Kim is a qualified sobriety coach, yoga and wellness provider. Kim has been a committee representative of NAWIC for over 5 years, holding positions in the ACT of Secretary, Events Chair, Vice President and Co-President. Kim is committed to the retention of women in the construction industry and works closely with the sector to promote mental and physical wellbeing for people working in construction.
