Michael is the ACT Regional Manager for Northrop Consulting Engineers and has 12 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. During this time Michael has designed Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for a broad range of residential, commercial and government projects, as well as conducted building simulations for Energy Modelling and Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations for various applications.
Michael is a strong advocate for an equitable work environment and opportunities. Michael’s focus is on making that a reality for the current workforce, and creating a more inclusive construction industry that encourages aspiring women.
