Lynda is a senior recruitment professional with 11 years’ experience across multiple sectors. These include Construction, Engineering, Federal, State and Local Government, Utilities, Mining & Resources and Property.
Lynda has assisted multiple national organisations with a range of recruitment assignments. Her experience includes managing long-term relationships to help her make placements for broad groups of candidate pools, including Senior Managers through to entry-level cadets.
Lynda embraces the challenge of finding the perfect fit for her clients and the right position for her talented candidates. Being a champion of workplace diversity, Lynda has partnered with her clients to increase gender representation in traditionally male dominated industries to be at the forefront of innovative ideas to ensure workplace diversity is achieved.
