Chapter Partnerships Chair - SA Chapter Council

Having decided upon a career in public relations over 20 years ago, Danica' professional course has taken her through event and sponsorship management and in to more specialised marketing and communications roles. Spending time in large national organisations, to small privately-owned boutique businesses has given her a broad understanding of different audiences and organisational challenges when it comes to exceptional internal and external communications. Moving in to a leadership position with the BADGE Group (BADGE Constructions, NACP Projects & Chappell Builders), Danica has developed and delivered diverse campaigns designed to engage audiences, drive cultural change and enhance corporate messaging. These campaigns have formed key parts of the strategic and business plans she has worked with the senior leadership teams to create, measure and govern. With a passion for the construction industry, Danica is pleased to be able to work in a unique leadership role within it - now utilising her communication skills to enhance company management systems for people, quality, safety and environmental compliance requirements as a large commercial construction company. In addition, Danica finds great joy working to increase the opportunities for women in this incredibly diverse and unique industry as a member of the National Association for Women in Construction (SA Chapter) Council.
