Tayla joined Hays Recruitment in 2017 after spending three years in the property industry working for a Residential Real Estate Agency.
Tayla specialised in recruitment for permanent Office Support positions specifically across Construction, Property and Blue-collar sector. Now as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, she recognised her love for the close-knit Canberra construction market and her passion for sourcing top talent for the industry, she has recently taken on the Senior Construction market at Hays. This focus covers recruiting from Cadets, Site Managers, Foreman, Project Managers, Estimators, Construction Managers and more.
