Peita de Boer has over 18 years of experience delivering complex security related constructions projects across Australia and around the world, gained from her time as an Engineering Officer in the New Zealand Army and more recently as a Project Manager with Manteena Security. Peita is now an Executive Director and Operations Manager of Manteena Security and responsible for coordinating construction operations across a diverse portfolio of national and international projects. Peita is passionate about mentoring and developing the leadership skills of junior members of the construction industry, and has joined NAWIC to be part of the amazing work already underway in supporting the development of strong, confident and inspiring female leaders in construction.
