Over the past twenty years Tracy has been involved in all aspects of Program and Project Management for defence, government and commercial organisations, locally and overseas holding extensive leadership and management experience in a variety of roles, delivering complex projects across multiple industries from initiation through to execution in fast-paced, time-sensitive and safety focused environments. Acting not only as a line manager, Tracy have filled roles as the site superintendent and is currently the Client Relationship Manager for Defence with a focus on the Capital facilities and Infrastructure. Tracy is a high performer with a proven track record managing programs and teams around the world in an inclusive and flexible manner while taking the necessary steps to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Tracy’s biggest strengths as a leader is open communication, empathy, determination and commitment to teamwork. She is focused and diligent about building relationships on a personal level and maintains a close connection to the teams she has worked with never taking credit for effort that was achieved as a group. Tracy has a ‘can do’ attitude towards life and believes there is little sense in doing anything if it isn’t done to the best of your abilities. As an advocate for continued learning Tracy actively participates in numerous mentoring and graduate programs and as testament to this success, has received a scholarship from Women in Leadership Australia and has been nominated for several awards including ICT Women of year, AIPM Project Manager of the Year, ACS Best Practice Improvement, Corporate Project of the Year for National Airport Industry and the Chairman’s Award for Professional Excellence.
