Aditi is a graduate architect having attained her degree in India and has over 11 years of experience working across architecture, interior design and real estate industries. She has been part of large scale fit-out projects for multinational companies in India and also ran her own design and build practice in Mumbai before moving to Australia in 2017.
Aditi finds NAWIC, with its progressive ideas on diversity and inclusion, a great platform for women in construction to find support and inspiration from like-minded professionals. Working with the ACT Chapter's events committee, Aditi is constantly gaining valuable insights from her interactions with stalwarts of the industry - not only from ACT but from all parts of Australia.
