During her 5 years of recruitment experience she has been dedicated to the recruitment of high quality professionals in a wide range of sectors, including industrial, transport, construction and government recruitment in Adelaide, Canberra and Darwin. Lauren is passionate about encouraging and celebrating women in the construction industry and as the Co-Chair for Professional Development, Lauren’s objective is to promote growth opportunities for likeminded women in construction and engineering and is a strong advocate for NAWIC’s abilities to support women in the industry in developing positive relationships to assist them throughout all stages of their career.
