Lachlan, as the Data Analytics & Systems Lead at Lendlease Integrated Solutions, is responsible for developing and delivering the data analytics agenda for the Australian Cost Planning & Estimating function at Lendlease, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to address the challenges faced in the built environment sector of tomorrow.
While Lachlan loves the opportunity to challenge the status quo and drive transformational change in his day job, he is most passionate about encouraging and advocating for diversity & career development within the property/construction industry. This is highlighted by his leadership roles within the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Education & Mentoring committee, Lendlease’s young professional network NextGen, LGBTI+ industry group InterBuild, and Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQ) Young QS Committee (QLD) -- driving and advocating for cultural change, awareness, increasing female participation, and making the sector more equitable for all.
