Kristen is a building designer working with a Hobart based design and drafting company. She joined the construction industry in 2010 after 15 years working in company and event management for theatre companies, festivals and other arts organisations. Through engagement with NAWIC TAS, Kristen hopes to encourage more women to join the industry as it offers clear pathways for many creative and rewarding careers. NAWIC connects her to a group of positive women who are kicking goals and doing so with integrity, resilience and humour. Its affirming and inspiring.
