Hediyeh is the Managing Director of Linéaire Projects, a boutique specialist Health Consultancy and Project Management company. She has successfully worked at a strategic level across the health care sector, in a diverse career spanning over 18 years. Hediyeh has held senior manager and executive positions at Department, Facility, District and State level of NSW Health. She has broad and extensive experience at a strategic and operational level, with extensive experience in health services development and delivery and facility planning, as well as clinical, education, research and executive/ health management expertise.
She maintains her clinical currency by practicing as a senior Clinical Pharmacist and Quality Use of Medicines Pharmacist at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH). This ensures her current and detailed knowledge and understanding of the health sector. Hediyeh is also a casual academic at University of Sydney and University of Tasmania.
Hediyeh’s wealth of project, change management and service redesign and transformation experience is demonstrated in her delivery of diverse projects in health, ranging from clinical innovation and redesign, facility planning to operational readiness and relocation of a large tertiary hospital. Hediyeh is trained in Co-Design and Clinical Redesign methodology, Quality Improvement principles, NSW Health Infrastructure Change Management methodology, as well as accredited in the Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM). She also teaches AIM and Clinical Redesign at NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) and is also a mentor for the NSW Health Executive Nursing and Midwifery Mentoring program.
Hediyeh is very passionate about utilising capital projects as a catalyst for shaping and transforming the future of health service delivery. Ensuring services designed for the future will meet the needs of the local community. The services she helps to shape places the consumer at the centre, with their journey made seamless through design of integrated care models. Hediyeh aims to future proof each infrastructure project by linking future service models with infrastructure design and requirements.
