Speakers:
Melissa Koo is a construction lawyer at Squire Patton Boggs experienced in representing clients on major Australian and international construction and infrastructure projects. She has advised on high value disputes involving complex legal, engineering and construction issues. She also has extensive experience acting in all dispute resolution forums dealing with the clauses which provide fertile ground for disputes.
Rachel Pachacz is a construction lawyer at Squire Patton Boggs. She provides contentious and non-contentious advice on construction, energy and natural resources projects. Rachel also has experience in international arbitration.
