You're invited to join us for a relaxing mini wellness retreat by the coast. Start your weekend with a revitalising and nourishing session of Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork and bring greater healing, flow and joy into your life. Hosted by experienced Facilitators from Finesse Wellness, this retreat will give you the gift of breathing space to de-stress, re-connect and nurture yourself. You will be provided with simple and effective techniques to use on your journey to optimal health and wellbeing to thrive in your daily life.
These wellness practices improve physiological balance, enhance creativity, innovation and intuition, providing a sense of connectedness and calm to the mind and body. All levels welcome. Healthy snacks will be provided.
