Namaste & Nutrition
Come and unwind with some mid-week bubbles, an afternoon nutrition session and a gentle yoga class, hosted by the wonderful - Golders Associates in Milton.
Wellness Session: Kerrie Hull
Drawing on her passion for sports, movement, and her experience working in corporate-wellness roles over the past 20 years, Kerrie has developed a deep understanding of the importance of achieving 'optimal health'. This session will provide a quick overview of why optimal health is important and provide practical bio-hacks you can integrate into your life to improve physical and emotional health.
Yoga Session: Chrystal Nesbitt
Chrystal completed her 200hr YTT in Ubud, Bali home of Yoga; Rishikesh India becoming a 500hr RYT. She believes that movement is the spice of life, but that it should be undertaken with mindfulness and self-awareness; her Yoga classes aim to promote this ethos.
Schedule:
5:30pm Arrival (drinks and nibbles).
6:00pm Nutrition session
6:30pm Yoga session
7:00pm-7:30 Networking and conclude
Notes:
- Please bring something to change into for the
class – comfortable work out gear is best. Also, don’t forget your yoga mat or large beach
towel.
- 30 minute nutritional seminar & 30 minute light
yoga stretch
