We are looking forward to hearing from Fiona Lamari, Lecturer in Construction Project Management at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and the winner of the NAWIC International Women's Day Scholarship in 2019, about her research proposal:

"Engagement with Regional School Students through Virtual Construction Site Tour – an Immersive Experience".

Fiona's research:

      - Aims to promote the exciting and diverse careers in the construction industry for female high school students via virtual reality; and

      - Is designed to enable students to step onto the construction site and experience a high-rise building being developed and will also measure the effectiveness of virtual reality as an engagement strategy for regional female high school students.

Join us for an inspirational and informative morning together with a delicious sit-down breakfast at The Calile Hotel in the Fortitude Valley.
