Flexible Work Arrangements and Agile Working - What this means to a Manager?

We have heard these terms a lot, and new ways of working require us to be open and inclusive, but what does it really mean and how do we manage people in a changing work environment.

Join us for an engaging conversation with Lendlease’s Bridget Taylor.

Hosted by our wonderful sponsor – McCullough Robertson Lawyers.

Speaker bio:

Bridget Taylor studied a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at QUT, and commenced work with Civil & Civic (now Lendlease Building) in 1995, straight out of uni.  Bridget worked as a site engineer across the state of Queensland, and into NSW (Brisbane, Toowoomba, Cairns, Sunshine Coast, Coffs Harbour).  By 2008 she had become a Construction Manager and started to manage her own projects.  Bridget is the State Manager of LendLease’s User Experience business, overseeing a number of projects, mainly fitouts, roll out projects, and complex refurbishments.

Along with her role at LendLease, Bridget also hold the Construction Sector position on the Board of Architects Queensland, where she predominantly provides construction knowledge when the Board is assessing complaints against Architects.
