GroupGSA, along with the Bank of China invite you to visit the unique fit out of the new Bank of China office located at 140 Sussex Street, Sydney.

Following on from GroupGSA's engagement in early 2018, we have partnered with a multidisciplinary team of Interior designers, Architects, Graphic Designers and Landscape designers to fulfil the brief that really pushed the boundaries of what is considered a normal office fit out. the fitout features a rooftop garden, a full commercial kitchen and YumCha restaurant, Karaoke stages, a waterfall and tropical fish aquarium.

The project, led by Colliers, engaged over 20 consultants to bring Bank of China's vision into a reality. Lead project Manager Diana Jones has been instrumental to the success of the Bank of China Relocation, and has effortlessly kept a large team of consultants motivated and focused on the end goal.

The design itself, led by Jessica Margiotta from GroupGSA Interiors team, has worked hard to deliver a culturally appropriate design solution for a Chinese bank with a local Australian context. Being supported by a predominantly female team of designers, the project team has had to band together to successfully overcome some extremely challenging site conditions.
