ANU Physics Site Tour + Guest Speakers

Join us, in partnership with Salon Canberra and hosted by Hindmarsh Constructions Australia in attending a site tour of the ANU Physics Building currently under construction and valued at over $200m.

The current construction includes 15,000 sqm of highly technical laboratory space, offices and auditoriums, 27 electromagnetic radiation controlled stable labs and 800 sqm of cleanrooms to ISO 5 and ISO 6 standards coupled with electron microscopy. 

The site tour will be followed by an afternoon tea and the opportunity to listen to guest speakers from ANU on their STEM initiatives. 

All persons are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Special Instruction:

Enclosed shoes + construction PPE required (hard hats and hi-vis at a minimum).
