About the Program
Anyone is eligible to join the programme as a mentor, male or female. We are always looking for additional mentors and if you have been in the construction industry for even just a few years, it would be appreciated if you could share your experience with a colleague. Mentees must be current female NAWIC members but otherwise it is open to women of all ages, experience and time in the construction industry.
NAWIC will attempt to match up mentors and mentees based on age, experience, and occupation. Once a suitable mentoring partner is found, you will then receive their contact details and encouraged to make contact. After this it is up to you as to whether you want to continue the relationship and if so, how often you meet, phone or email each other. Generally a mentoring partnership will last one year with about 2 hours of face to face meetings each month.
Any NAWIC member is eligible to join the program so fill in the application form, send your current CV and get on board!
