Paula Gerber
Paula was the Founder of NAWIC in Australia having been a NAWIC member in the USA. Paula founded the Victoria/Tasmania Chapter and was instrumental in its growth. She was selected as an inductee for the 2011 Victorian Honour Roll of Women. She is an Associate Professor at the Monash University Law School and a Deputy Director of the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law. Paula came to the field of human rights after many years as a lawyer in the tough, male-dominated field of construction law, where she worked on resolving disputes at major projects.

Tracey Clavell
Tracey is the Head of Estimating and Pricing at BAE Systems. She has trade qualifications as an electrical fitter, electronic, refrigeration and air conditioning. In 1998 Tracey started the first international job exchange program with NAWIC. She is a founding and life member of NAWIC and a company director.

Catherine Hart
Catherine is a Founding Member of the NAWIC NSW Chapter and is currently a National Director and Treasurer.

Carol Brubaker
Carol received her Life Membership of Nawic Australia when, as a member of the Austin Chapter she travelled to Brisbane for the International Job Exchange program. She is an Architect for Cox Rayner Architects in Brisbane.

Jennifer Bicknell
Jennifer is a partner of Kennedys and has been practising construction and employment law since 1991. She is a founding member of NAWIC's NSW Chapter, and is currently the National Director responsible for the Membership portfolio.
